I got a 20% on OMM and still was in the 580+ just off the buzz words questions alone. The NBOME posted a study about this comparing students from 2019-2020 I believe. 400 on comsae was like 90-95% chance of passing, 450 on COMSAE was 95-100% chance, and 500 was at least 100% chance of passing the real deal..
